Purchase StoryAfter lucking into a 2200 acre hunting land lease my wife finally gave me the OK to buy an ATV. Like any other red blooded American man I rushed to find one before she changed her mind! I quickly found an amazing deal on a later model year 2006 Brute Force 650 4x4 straight axel Kawasaki. I bought it and was quite happy for the most part. The ride was a bit rough but I convinced myself it was the terrain and that independent rear suspension would not really have helped much. A little less than a year later a good buddy of mine went out and bought a Brute Force 650 4x4i, obviously with the independent rear suspension. WOW! The difference in ride was absolutely amazing. I wanted one, scratch that, needed one! Even with the same motor the power was a little better with the IRS model due to slight modifications to the "i" model but that was not the point, the ride was amazing. Because of the good deal I received on my SRA model I was able to sell it for the price I paid for it new, that helped. I then set out on eBay, Craigslist, and anywhere else I could think of to find a 650 4x4i. That's when I found this one. It was a 2006 model but only had 25 miles on it (yes, you read that right) and came with the 4 year extended warranty. I convinced my buddy to travel the 520 miles to where this bike was and we picked it up. I have been more than happy since and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable ride on a powerful utility ATV consider a bike like this.
